CNH Industrial Zedelgem is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer Paint. In this job, you will be responsible for:
As a Manufacturing Engineer in the painting department, you will create and manage the production processes for painting new and existing parts in a safe, high-quality, and productive manner. This also includes determining standard times through time studies.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will also request the necessary gauges and tools. You will also monitor the timely delivery and start-up of these.
Your tasks will also include providing detailed documents (drawing up SOPs, etc.).
You will be present on the shop floor and put theory into practice. You will make adjustments where necessary.
In your job, you will focus on making it as easy as possible for the operators to work safely and deliver perfect quality.
You evaluate new designs with a focus on a “lean” setup in terms of logistics, movements, and transportation.
Project work, new technologies, and process control tools are familiar to you.
You are a team player and want to work with your colleagues to take the painting department to the next level.
The launch and integration of our future new products will be the major challenges.
