CNH Industrial Zedelgem is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer Press & Shear and Machining.
In this job, you will be responsible for:
You will be responsible for creating and managing production processes, determining standard times through time studies, and entering/adjusting processes in the ERP/SAP system.
You will request the necessary gauges and tools and monitor their timely delivery and start-up. In addition, you will provide detailed documentation, such as drawing up SOPs and work instructions.
You will be actively present on the work floor, translating theory into practice and making adjustments where necessary. In doing so, you will always pay attention to ergonomics and safety, so that our operators can work optimally and efficiently to deliver perfect quality.
Project work, new technologies, and process control tools are familiar to you. You will also provide the necessary input for investment projects.
An important aspect of your job is processing and analyzing data from various channels. You know how to interpret this information quickly and convert it into concrete and efficient actions to continuously improve production processes.
You are a team player who, together with colleagues, supports the smooth integration of new products.
You are willing to successfully complete an additional course in work analysis.
